  • The bad side of things;


    My parents are getting divorced after 30 years of marriage.


    My mom is giving away my dog this week.


    Our house is being foreclosed and we have to move by September 1st, probably going from a nice big house in the country to a tiny apartment in the ghetto.


    I've been planning it for two months, but just found out I don't get to go to Florida next week(for the 4th year in a row I don't get to go on vacation)


    My wrist has been in major pain for 2 months and it looks like I might have tendonitis which means I would have to quit both my jobs and find a new one that doesn't involve lifting anything heavy or massaging anyone.(I'm a nanny and a massage therapist, both of which can cause tendonitis)


    Please keep me in your prayers.


    And to look at the bright side..things COULD be worse..I am thankful that;


    1) Jesus loves me, and I love Him.


    2) My family are all alive and well and love me and I love them.


    3) I'm not homeless


    4) At least I have a wrist, even if it hurts, some people don't have hands/arms/wrists.


    5) I have lots of friends that love me and I love them.


    6) My dog is going to someone I know whom I could visit


    7) Jesus loves me.

    There's a bigger picture that we can't see, but God is in control!

  • If there is anything I can do or if you ever just want to get out and about and do something just let me know.  Hang in there.

  • Oh, I am so sorry for what you're going through right now!  Your parents, your house, and your dog, and your dual career not being good for tendonitis.  Lots to get down about! 

    Keep looking to Jesus and he will see you through this terrible time.  Remember, he is that anchor when everything is trying to make you feel anchorless.
