So today's the first day of the 12 week challenge at my gym!! Whoever loses the most % body fat in 12 weeks wins $500.00!!! I'm excited about it, I have faith that I can win this thing!!! $500.00, here I come!!!

I went to the gym today and did an hour of cardio (20 minutes treadmill, 20 minutes air glider, 20 minutes bike) also weight trained for 20 minutes but I don't think that was enough time for weight training so I'm gonna allow 30 min next time. I'm gonna try to work out 3 to 6 times per week and drink nothing but water, v8 and emergency (vitamin drink) which means NO SOFTDRINKS or STARBUCKS. Whenever I crave those I'm just gonna think, do I want to drink that, or win $500.00?? lol
I'm also gonna eat healthier, less junk food and less beef and pork and more fruits and veggies, chicken, fish, etc.
Once I set my mind to something I can be VERY motivated/inspired, so I think I'll do really well! And even if I don't win the $500 after 12 weeks, I should've got my tax returns by then so I'll just treat myself to some new clothes either way.
I'm excited! I feel awesome after working out today, much more energetic!

That's so exciting!! I'm rooting for you!
I'm starting my diet and exercise program this week, too. My goal is to lose 50 lbs. Yikes!
